Hispanic Legends Project

Hispanic legends project
Your group will research and do a re-enactment of a traditional Hispanic legend.
This project will be due on Halloween (THURS. Oct 31st) for a test grade.
Your group will receive one grade – so be sure everyone is doing their fair share.

The requirements are:
-Visual representation (video or skit)
-Total group participation
-At least 5 minutes in length
-List sources
A few ideas: “la llorona”, “el chupacabra”, “la pascualita”,
“el cuco”, “la viuda”, “la luz mala”, “la niña blanca”, “las campañas”
…or find your own.
Must be from a spanish-speaking country (scary is better!)
Most legends are told to children in order to keep them from misbehaving, so think along those lines when you research.

This should get you started, but stay away from legends that aren't quite school appropriate!
